A. VISITORS, USERS, AND PARTICIPANTS.

We categorize interactions with ConnectGo Services into three types:

1. Visitors: Individuals who visit our website without registering.

2. Users: Individuals who register and create an account.

3. Participants: Individuals who participate in surveys by invitation from our Users.

B. PERSONAL DATA

1. Visitors: We do not collect or store personal information such as email addresses from Visitors.

2. Participants: We do not store email addresses from Participants invited to engage in inquiries. Users may need these email addresses to invite Participants, but we only store a hash that does not allow email addresses to be retrieved. This hash enables us to track responses without knowing the identity of Participants.

3. Breaking Anonymity: Participants may choose to share personal details like email addresses during inquiries. This is entirely at the Participant's discretion.

4. Users: We process personal data for Users who create accounts to use our applications. Detailed information about what data we collect, how we process it, and your rights under the EU GDPR is provided in Section E of this policy.

C. GENERAL/PERSONAL INFORMATION OF USERS

1. Required Information: To register, Users must provide their full name, organization name, and email address. For purchasing services, additional payment/invoicing information is required.

2. Agreement to Policies: By creating an account, Users agree to this Privacy policy and our Terms of Service.

3. Account Registration: Visitors can sign up for an account by providing their name and email address. This data will be stored securely.

4. Account Inactivity: If a User does not log in for six months, we will send a reminder email. If there is no response after one month, the account and all associated data will be deleted.

5. Communication: We may use your registration information to:

• Deliver our services.

• Improve our site, services, features, and content.

• Provide customer support.

• Personalize your experience.

• Fulfill your requests.

6. Data Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties.

D. ACCESS TO INQUIRIES AND RESPONSES

1. Participants' Rights: Participants can access inquiries in data-viewer mode only. Under EU GDPR, Participants have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection. Users are responsible for implementing these rights.

2. Sharing Account Access: The account creator can share access with colleagues, but must inform Participants and sign a Data Processing Agreement. ConnectGo provides a standard agreement template for this purpose.

3. Technical Support: Users own their inquiry data. We only access data for technical support if requested by the User. Our administrators have signed nondisclosure agreements.

4. Data Retention: We remove personal data upon request. Users are responsible for complying with EU GDPR data retention policies. Personal data should only be kept as long as necessary for research purposes. Research reports may be retained longer, provided personal data is anonymized.

E. DATA SECURITY

1. TLS Encryption: We use Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2) for secure communication between our servers and users' devices.

2. Mobile Encryption: Data collected and temporarily stored on mobile devices is encrypted and deleted once confirmed received by the server.

3. Secure Hosting: Our site and applications are hosted by TransIP, a reputable provider, ensuring secure data handling.
